Important: Princess Easter Egg Hunt & COVID-19 Update

Good Evening,


We hope you and your family are doing well tonight. Tonight, we have news that is breaking our hearts. As you may know, COVID-19 (commonly known as the Coronavirus), has been rapidly spreading through the United States of America, including within our own state. Our staff has been in close watch with the news and medical organizations (CDC, WHO) over the past few weeks concerning COVID-19. OUAFP has received various emails and other contact points on how OUAFP is preparing and what precautions are being taken for COVID-19. Once Upon A Fairytale Parties' staff met together tonight to make decisions on how OUAFP will prepare for COVID-19 for the 4th Annual Princess Easter Egg Hunt. We decided after a long-hearted meeting, that it is best for the community and our staff members to cancel the 4th Annual Princess Easter Egg Hunt. This was not an easy decision. Our staff members looked at various cleaning methods, but in the end, it came down that safety and health is our #1 priority for our attendees. OUAFP does not in any way want to risk the health of others. We truly hope you understand and ask for our most sincere apologies. Below, we have listed information concerning a 100% Full Refund. You will not need to lift a finger in order to receive a full refund. OUAFP is actively looking at hosting another event in the future (mid-summer-fall), and you will be first to know! If you have any questions concerning the cancellation of the 4th Annual Princess Easter Egg Hunt, please email us at contact@onceuponafairytaleparties.com. Again, we truly apologize for this, and we hope you understand. This was not an easy decision, but safety and health come first.




REFUND:

Once Upon A Fairytale Parties' has activated their 100% Money-Back Refund Policy. This policy is active only for current attendees of the Princess Easter Egg Hunt. OUAFP will be working over the next two days (March 7 & 8) to issue full refunds. Once all refunds have been issued, OUAFP will send out an email confirming that the refunds have been issued. Please know, it will take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your end (varies by credit/debit card holder). You will see the refund issued from OUAFP's payment service, Square or SQU. Attendees do not need to email or contact Once Upon A Fairytale Parties (OUAFP), Once Upon A Fairytale Events (OUAFE), or Princess Perks in order to receive a full refund. Full refunds are automatically processed. If you do have any questions concerning the full refund, please email contact@onceuponafairytaleparties.com with the subject: Refund.



$5 PERK (Attend Event, Receive a $5 Princess Perks Perk):

If you are a Princess Perks Member, you would have received a $5 Perk for attending the Princess Easter Egg Hunt. These perks were not issued yet. The perk would have been issued to you after the event. Due to the cancellation of the Princess Easter Egg Hunt, the $5 Perk has been voided. Please know, you will not see the Perk in your online account, even though it has been voided. If you have any questions concerning the $5 Perk, please email contact@onceuponafairytaleparties.com with the subject: Perk.
